🐧 NULL OBSERVATION FUNCTION · FACULTY FILE — KELPT SHOWNU P
KELPT doesn’t walk into class. KELPT arrives. There is a distinction. The rusted Cybertruck pulls into Lot C with the side panels still humming from the highway. The glasses are in a bag on the passenger seat — covered, tucked, deliberately not on. The conversation with the truck started at the Arkadelphia on-ramp and will conclude, presumably, when the engine cuts. This is not eccentricity. This is methodology. META Municipality enrollment is up 34% from last fall. Exit survey data from META 201 shows 91% of graduates cite the course as “the most practically useful class at OPA.” They are learning that buildings are systems under pressure. That people are too. That the job of a manager, a civic coordinator, a facility operator — is to keep both functioning. NULL Assessment: unconventional. Effective. The truck is a feature, not a bug.
